Poor performance with Dock --> VGA video out Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Has anyone else tried using Omnifocus on an external monitor with the Dock--> VGA connector?

The performance of OF for iPad drops to a standstill, almost unusable.

Anyone else try this out?

Must admit, it had crossed my mind to get a VGA out for both OF and iThoughts, but I hadn't got any further.

Looking on the Apple Store at the reviews, this seems to be a common problem with many applications, so not an OF thing, purely down to Apple to try and fix. Hopefully in 4.2

I have used VGA out in class several times and I did not have any problems (other than some animations not really making it to the projector). But I always reboot the machine before giving a presentation, just to avoid any previously ran programs to still occupy the little RAM available.
