There are maybe a dozen posters between the two threads (about half haven't even been to the forum in the last year), and it sounds like only a couple of them bothered to use Help->Send Feedback to make a real feature request (forum posts don't get logged in the development database). If only a small number of votes are logged for a potential feature, and no one on the development team thinks it is an important feature, there's going to be a lengthy wait before it happens, if it happens at all. There are a lot of requests in the database with many more votes than this, I'm certain! In the mean time, just go to the other end of the list, and page and read up instead of down -- this isn't going to be an enabling piece of new functionality when they deliver it...

Before reading this thread, I had just sent in an official request for just this thing. I'm using OF to implement AutoFocus--and it works great, it's just a little awkward since I do have to read my lists from the bottom up.

I would LOVE the simplification of reading top to bottom, oldest to newest, just like a piece of paper.

Apart from this, I'm finding OF ideal for AF!
