Filter multiple Projects Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I am new to OmniFocus and trying to filter out only certain projects on my due view. For example I have four projects, taxes, anniversary, house and audit. I only want to look at taxes and audit in my due view. How do I filter the other two projects out?

Thanks

Try this: Switch to project mode (Cmd-1), select the two projects that you want to focus on by Command-clicking, choose View → Focus on Selected Projects, switch to context mode (Cmd-2).

And having taken Curt's suggestion and tweaked the view to your liking, if you think this is a view you'll want to use over and over, you can save it as a perspective (see the Perspectives menu) and even add it as a toolbar button (see View->Customize Toolbar).
