Another way to find it (works for me in Leopard 1.5.1)

click on the scripts 'scroll' in your menubar

Pull down to the 'applications' folder
then to side to the "OmniFocus" folder
to select any scripts, just the folder and the folder opens

So if I set the main date for the project, as well as the random dates for steps within the project it will adjust them all? This sounds funny but, can the dates go past the due date? set on the project for steps within it?

I actually had trouble with this a while back when adding my own icons to mindmanager. Make sure you try:
HD/Users/USERNAME/Library/Scripts/Applications/OmniFocus

In Unix paths ~ means HD/Users/USERNAME/
