Auto size photos? Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Just curious if there is a setting somewhere to make photos that would be too large for the browser window auto scale to fit. (so i dont have to scroll to see other parts of the image).

Safari does this. I didn't know if it was part of webkit or not.
 
Its a WebKit feature, and does work in the 5.8 SP.

WebKitShrinksStandaloneImagesToFit

Is the defaults key you're looking for. I've already filed a feature request to have this exposed in the UI.

By the way, this is what you need to enter in Terminal (for the benefit of the original poster):
