How do you attach labels to lines [Feature added in 1.3] Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
How do you attach labels to lines? How do you attach labels to slanted lines like in the example drawing? I have tried double clicking line, dragging label to line, and many other crazy combinations. Help doc describes attaching labels to anything, but I cannot find the steps to do so. Please provide clear step by step example. Thanks in advance.

This was actually an error on our part; the sample graph was originally created in OmniGraphSketcher on the Mac and when we adjusted it to reflect only the features of the iPad app, we missed that snapped label.

We do plan on adding the snapping/rotation feature to the iPad version, but it's not there yet. Sorry for the trouble!

Update: OmniGraphSketcher for iPad 1.3 includes the ability to snap labels to lines and have them rotate to match the slope angle.
