New feature suggestion: Project task feed Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi there,

I've been using OmniFocus for a few months now and I find myself sharing the tasks for one project with my colleagues quite often.

It might be useful to have OmniFocus create some sort of a feed of these items, iCal subscription? or RSS/Atom feed so people can subscribe to what your working on under a certain project.

I might be missing a feature that enables though!

Hi namco

Publishing /subscription / feed is a great idea. I'll second that vote. I have handled this same need by doing two things: creating a new calendar for the project, creating a context that syncs with this new ical calendar only, and than I use the program BusySync to share theis calendar (and tasks) with my partners. This allows them to make changes, sync them back to ical, which syncs back to my ical and then OF.

For those people I want to have "Read only access" I export the project manually into a html file daily that I publish on the web.

Love your idea!
