Sorry if this is incredibly simple but I cant seem to find how to do it: I would like to position a circle on an imported graphic by placing its centre in a particular spot and then expand the circle to the right size without it shifting its position. Is there a way to get the selection from the centre only and then lock it?

Holding down the Option key when resizing a shape will do so relative to its center, likewise holding down Shift as well will constrain the shape's aspect ratio.
