Merged threads (removing a couple of posts that didn't make sense in that state) and moved the merged thread to the Extras forum. Should be simpler to keep subsequent discussion on track if it's in a single thread.

Also, Brian, I notice that the "Moved thread" pointer is in this forum. Was the intention perhaps to put it in the OF for Mac forum, for the benefit of those who might expect to find the discussion continuing over there ?
