Hi,

I have two shapes that I need to draw to connecting lines to. Top to bottom and bottom to top (with a one-way arrow on each line).

I am able to draw one connecting line with the line tool, but not a second. The second one is just a dumb line that does not move in lock step with the shapes.

Also, the connecting line refuses to move to the left or right so that I can at least have two lines with some sense of symmetry.

Any suggestions.

Sounds like you may need to add a few more magnets to the shapes, using Inspectors > Connections
