As I try to become more organized with work (which OmniFocus is helping with), one tool I thought would be interesting is a view of the tasks I have completed today. Is there any way to display this?

Switch to context view and set the viewbar to the following:
1) Context filter: all contexts 2) Grouping: completed 3) Sorting: completed 4) Status Filter: completed 5) Estimated time: any 6) Flag state: any Save the above setting as a perspective. You'll get all completed tasks ordered by most recently completed to the oldest completed.
