I'm very new to outliner (few hours). It looks very useful. I just looked at some of the templates. For example the "book draft" template has a centered title but it doesn't seem to have a "column title". How can one do this?

Or looking at the "class notes" template, I see the same thing (the first line in the document is a level 1 row?

Under the View menu is options for the column title visibility (View -> Show Column Titles)
