I'd like to be able to copy and paste OF items into OOP with the notes. I can copy and paste, but the result is either a link to the OF item (not what I want) or the item minus the note (not enough of what I want). Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for any help.

Have a look at this script for a possible solution.

I've attached what I think is a newer version of the script that Bill attempted to link to, which I got somewhere on this forum. Running it should add whatever is selected (including child items) as new rows in an OmniOutliner document.

Thank you both. I've now updated the version on my site to this newer draft, which I seem to have subsequently posted to this forum.

i.e. whpalmer4's link, and dave_m's zip file now both give the later version.

Thanks guy's, the script works great.

Thanks, everybody. This looks like it will work for me if I pare it down to just the fields I want.
