I am using Tiger and the backup program that comes with my .Mac account. I would like to add OF data to Backup to one of my external Firewire drives. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You should add the folder ~/Library/Application Support/OmniFocus to your backup plan. (The ~ refers to your home directory.) That's where OmniFocus stores its data by default. If you have changed where OmniFocus keeps its data you can add whatever you've changed it to.
