New row from selected text Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi, I apologise if I'm missing something blindingly obvious, but is it possible to take some selected text and press a key combination to send it down to a new row? I don't mean a new line within the same row, but a completely separate row. Is it also possible to do this with whatever text is in front of the cursor?

Thanks.

I don't believe there's one for making a new row from selected text apart from cutting and pasting. But you can use control-return to split a row into two at the cursor.
