Ken: I am starting a phone number list here so you call each of us when you get approval.

Same here! Why, oh why is this so? I feel "stuck".....absolutely paralyzed when it comes to "getting ANYTHING done"! I feel ridiculous.....but can't seem to help myself!

Even worse than that, I'm afraid — there's a porn viewer, which uses a built-in Flash interpreter :D

I think Omni's next app should be the OmniDev app. Charge $100 for it and make it the only place to get development updates, you'll make a fortune.

For all you guys stuck at @Waiting Cannot Do Anything GTD related until iPad version of OmniFocus is released, you're just giving the @procrastinate context a different name :D

Lol- Dang!- you've found me out! But..@waiting is so much more "psychologically" satisfying than that dreaded @ procrastinating! My not so secret "secret"- labeled for all to see. :p

...for our obsession with the looming release of this app. Perhaps someone from Omni can convince David Allen to explain to us that we're being ridiculous?

Although my psychiatric training is far behind me, I do recall one of the features of obsessive compulsive disorder is that the person realises that their behaviour is irrational!

So i am afraid I don't know why i am checking this forum roughly every 30 minutes, but I am!

Here's a refresher... From looking at the list, Omni Group may need to hire a professional and rename the forum. :)

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders defines obsessive–compulsive personality disorder as:

A pervasive pattern of preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and mental and interpersonal control, at the expense of flexibility, openness, and efficiency, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by four (or more) of the following:

- Is preoccupied with details, rules, lists, order, organization, or schedules to the extent that the major point of the activity is lost

- Shows perfectionism that interferes with task completion (e.g., is unable to complete a project because his or her own overly strict standards are not met)

- Is excessively devoted to work and productivity to the exclusion of leisure activities and friendships (not accounted for by obvious economic necessity)

- Is overconscientious, scrupulous, and inflexible about matters of morality, ethics, or values (not accounted for by cultural or religious identification)

- Is unable to discard worn-out or worthless objects even when they have no sentimental value

- Is reluctant to delegate tasks or to work with others unless they submit to exactly his or her way of doing things

- Adopts a miserly spending style toward both self and others; money is viewed as something to be hoarded for future catastrophes

- Shows rigidity and stubbornness

Well, for me, working from home with wife & 2 month old son, the iPad is a legit game-changer. legitimate. iMac is tough to get to in office. MacBook Air is fragile, with a battery that needs replacing, and worst of all is SLOW running Omnifocus.

My wife and I have been using our iPads extensively.

How to explain to some of you hobby users that THIS IS A NEW PLATFORM. I AM ON THIS PLATFORM ALL THE TIME. N-E-W.

And as of now, the only way I can get MY LIST OF ENDEAVORS onto my new platform is with OF iPhone pix-doubled.

This means several fields can only display ONE LINE OF TEXT. Equivalent to a calculator. sucks.

It is beyond me how some of you cats continue with your "if you really NEED Omnifocus on iPad, you must be some beret-wearing Starbucks loiterer who just doesn't GET 'the GTD.'"
