I'm not certain what you mean by "a trick".
If you're not sure how to do it, you may find the "Synchronizing with iCal" section of the Mac OmniFocus help (available in the Help menu of the app) useful. If you've set it up and it's not working, please describe in more detail how it's not working so we can help more specifically. (eg Are some tasks showing but not others? Are you getting error messages?)
