Updating assigned units Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi everyone,

So, I've set the unit %s for each of my staff and assigned tasks to them; I've then gone and changed the unit %s for the staff, but each task still records the original % value. What I have now is a lot of tasks where Fred Bloggs is assigned at "50% of 70%" instead of "70% of 70%".

Is there an easy way to update all of these to the maximum % value for the staff member?

You can select all the tasks that need to be changed by holding the CMD key while clicking on each task. Once they're highlighted, bring up the "Task : Information" inspector and you'll be able to type in "70% of 70%" to apply it to all your highlighted tasks.
