Just curious, to backup Omnifocus can I just save everything in the application support/omnifocus directory?
I use Mozy for online backups and would like to set which directory to backup automatically.

You might want to search the forums for "Mozy". There was some issue in the past with Mozy munging paths so that its OF backups didn't always work.
Edit: Here's the thread. Looks like it still isn't clear what the problem was.
