Make next action Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
First- Thanks to the OmniGurus for putting OF together. I used Kinkless for about a year and held my breath everytime I hit the synch button.

I was just doing my weekly review, and (as usual) I added a bunch of new actions, re-arranged the order of some, etc etc. I was wondering if there was any way, aside from dragging, to make an action the next action. It would be great if there was some kind of shortcut to "promote" an action to next. I have something on the order of 100 active projects and it would be great if I could do this while zipping through my review without having to mouse around.

Barring that, if someone could complete some of my projects for me and get that number down to 10 or so, it wouldn't be all that important I suppose. I'd be happy either way.

thanks!

It's not a one-keystroke operation, but if you have an action selected in Planning mode, you can hit the "u" key to move it up one place. Keep hitting it until the action is the Next Action.

But if it's far down, dragging might be faster.... :-)
