Is there a way to search something in all projects/folders/tasks?
CMD-F or Search bar doesn't look that it searches all data.

Yes, you want to show all items and then search. For example, select Library in the sidebar, set your availability filter to Any Status, then run the search. You can adjust availability filter as desired if you don't want to show the completed items.
