For some reason, even with heavy customisation of the HTML templates, I can't get the Unique ID column to export. This is awkward, as it is the only way of uniquely referencing each row in the plan - can anyone provide an answer?

How are you referencing the Unique ID column in your HTML code? I used "<td class="header">UID</td>"and "<td>{@Unique ID@}</td>" in the appropriate locations in the HTML task report and it worked fine for me in OmniPlan 1.6.4.
