Is there a way to change the default extension from ".html" to ".htm" when saving web pages?

I was browsing through the forums awhile back and ran across a link to a page which listed all the OmniWeb default preferences (the ones listed in the plist file, I think). Now I can't find that link. Can anyone point me to it?
