Projects and Actions are Gone after Update

1. Did auto update today morning to:
Product: OmniFocus
Tag:
Date: 2007-08-14 11:11:05 -0700
Builder: omnibuild
Host: tb104i.private.omnigroup.com
Revision: 90086

2. Recognized projects are missing, also actions are missing (project folders still exist).
3. Can reproduce crash (send crash report by mail)
4. How can I repare the database, find the missing actions / projects?
5. actions without project still there
