Newbie in eval mode with question regarding listing Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Is there a way that I can just get a list of all tasks (regardless of project of context) in descending date order?

I can get it in date order but it is always by context of project - I just want to find out all of the things I have to do now.

I am assuming this is pretty easy but it has got me hung up.

Much thanks in advance!

Happy to help!

I think this will produce the view you're looking for, if I'm understanding the request correctly:

From the menu bar, select the following:
View -> Context mode
View -> Sidebar Filter -> Remaining
View -> Grouping -> Ungrouped
View -> Sorting -> Due
View -> Status Filter -> Remaining

If this is a view you'll want to use frequently, you can save it for use later by doing the following:

Perspectives -> Save Window As -> New Perspective

Thank you!
