Linking to email generated from OF task Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I'm using several scripts that integrate OF with Mail. One is "OF Task to Mail" located here http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=12953. The other is "Waiting for emails" located here http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=12810

I didn't write either of these scripts...so would like to acknowledge the authors for their great work.

The "Waiting for emails" script utilizes MailTags (tag email with @waiting) to produce a task in the OF inbox with a link back to the sent email in the notes field of the task.

The "OF Task to Mail" script produces an email from a task in OF with the subject of the task in the subject of the email and the contents of the OF note field in the body of the email.

I have been trying with my minimal scripting skills to make the same kind of link to the email that is produced in the "Waiting for email" script in the "OF Task to Mail" script. I have met with absolutely no success.

Can anybody take a look at these 2 scripts and let me know if this is even possible from a scripting standpoint?

Thanks
