I just wantet to mention, that I love the RSS Funktion in Omniweb. I works great to get notified, if a side/blog has changed. I only wished, that one could changed the refresh rate to half an hour...

that's exactly what i was about to ask for, i.e., is there any settings pane to edit the refresh rate ?

There isn't at this time, but allowing more flexible checks is something we hope to offer down the road.
