No option to rescale when exporting to bmp

I tried exporting an omnigraffle drawing to use in a Word document. When exporting to tiff or jpeg I was able to rescle the image. However this button
is not available in the bmp export. However it seems that when you set
a rescale factor in the jpeg export, it also applies when you then select the
bmp format for the export.

I am using the latest version of omnigraffle.
