If I purchase the multi-user version can I sync a Omni Focus File Between two Computers.
For Example: Enter a task on my lap top and have it update my desk top. Thank-you

If you are the only user, you do not need a multi-user license to run on two computers, as described here.
There's already a discussion about sharing between computers over here. By the way, I pulled both of these links from the FAQ forum post. You might find it helpful to check there before posting next time you have a question.
