A comment in another thread made me wonder... I am curious to know who is going to stay with OO as their GTD tool instead of moving to Omnifocus?

I continue to use OmniOutliner as my organizational tool as opposed to Omnifocus. As long as filtering on columns is added then it will be near perfect for me and it sounds like that is in 4.0
