I got an error message after rebooting that refers to another application locking my OF database. Is that possible? I don't want to override the lock without knowing what the consequences are.

I got an error message after rebooting that refers to another application locking my OF database. Is that possible? I don't want to override the lock without knowing what the consequences are.
