Objects color RGB Digital Color Measuring Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi

I create objects with different RGB color inside, see attachments.
R = 255, G = 0, B = 0.
R = 0, G = 255, B = 0.
R = 0, G = 0, B = 255.

When I use Apple Color Measuring Tool it show other values as OmniGraffle application when I move the mouse about the objects.
By red object it show R = 255, G = 0, B = 0
By green object it show R = 0, G = 251, B = 52
By blue object it show R = 45, G = 44, B = 250

Hope my problem is clear described.

Is my work wrong or is my thinking wrong ?

Regards

Jochen

I think the precise OS X DigitalColor Meter readings may be affected by the color profile specified under the local equivalent of:

System Preferences → Displays → Color → Display profile
