I can only use keyboard shortcuts on perspectives when the perspectives window is open. Otherwise they never work. That is real annoying. Anyone have the same problem?

Also, perspectives window sizes are not exclusive to their respective perspective.
For instance, if I set a perspective called, "School Agenda" with a small minimal window setting, it will only stay that way until I choose another perspective. When the new perspective has been chosen, and I want to change it back to "School Agenda", it's original window size reverts back to the full size. No fun.

perspectives only save window size when the perspective is set to open in a new window....
but... it is kind of broken and unreliable now
