Template saving question Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi
Note: I am very new to Omni.
Today i worked on a basic outline and included some font changes, background colour, bolds etc. The file was saved but when i opened it the file had reverted to the basic template (white, no bold, no background colour etc).

i'm using 3.10 on a Lion system.

Where did the style changes go and how to i ensure they are saved?

thanks in advance

caleb

It sounds like you might be saving in the OPML format instead of the OmniOutliner 3 format. Try duplicating or exporting your file and make sure the OmniOutliner 3 file format is selected. If that doesn't preserve your styles then please send a copy of it to our Support Ninjas at omnioutliner@omnigroup.com and we'll help you get it sorted out. Thanks!

that worked thanks. this was probably because the file was imported.

cheers
