I was curious if the iPhone client will still sync if the screen turns off. My iPhone is set to turn off after 5 minutes, but I usually have the OF client running when it does. So would it still sync or no?

I had the same question a few days ago and the Omni folks were good enough to answer it:
http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=8718 Quick answer: looks like the answer is yes, as long as you don't actually close the app, just the screen turns off.
