Loading... stops @ 75% and stalls for minutes

What is going on when OF iPhone says "Loading...", the loading bar goes up to about 75%, then then it sits there for 2-3 minutes? This happens a lot to me now.

What is going on when OF iPhone says "Updating with synced Datat...", then the load bar goes to about 75% and sits there for several minutes.

I guess I can imagine that the app is loading a bunch of data at these points, but I just don't understand why the stall point happens at the 75% mark.

Anyone else see this?
