Is there a way to reorder the tasks in a project? I keep setting something up for sequential, but then entering the steps in the wrong order.

Yes. View the project, so you see the list of tasks. Tap the Edit button at the upper right hand corner. Use the 3 horizontal bars at the right hand side of each action as a handle to drag the action up or down in the list. Tap the Done button when done. You'll need to be viewing Remaining or All actions for Projects to do this, obviously...
