I have a situation where some upper-level rows (Level 1 and Level 2) serve mainly as structural scaffolding, even though they contain wee bits of text. All the real writing is in the lower-level rows (Level 3 and Level 4). I like having Level 1 and Level 2’s texts visible on-screen, but wish that they didn’t print.
I am aware of that filter thing Rows->Filter->Remove Checked in the print window. But that makes childs of your checked rows disappear, too. (Besides forcing that checkboxes be visible in the first place.)
I think a solution would be to put an option in the ⌘2 Inspector under Rows:Advanced. Have an option there to Print Whitespace In Place Of Text. Can I make this a feature request?
