New Omni user with a quick (email) question Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Hi folks.

I've set up the clipping action (to send emails into Omni), however I'm wondering how you process outgoing emails that become "waiting for" items? In the past, I'd bcc myself a copy of the email into my evernote account. I'm assuming I have a unique email Omni address, but not sure where to find it.

Or is there another way you keep track of outgoing emails in Omni?

Thanks.

If you're using the clip-o-tron, you should be able clip the outgoing email the same way you clip the incoming one.

Is there a way to make the clipotron process automatic though? I would love to be able to flag some emails as waiting for tasks via rules without messing up the subject lines too much (for those on the receiving end). I could even set up an account specifically to receive waiting for actions. I'm just not sure how the make the rules work in either mail or Omni.
