I've read this in a few posts (over the last year?) here, and I'd like throw my hat in to vote for moving the "Go Back" and "Go Forward" right-click/Page context menu items to the top of the menu. That's a rather common place to find that functionality, vs. Open Page in New Window.
In addition to that, it would be convenient to only have the back/forward items active when there's a page to "Go Back" & "Go Forward" to. Personally, I'd like to see those items greyed out when there isn't an associated destination.
I'm using OW 5.6 SP 4 (v611), with a license <grin>
