New OF user here - I seem to have accidentally modified the 'Review' perspective and now it is identical to the 'Context' perspective. Is there a way to restore 'Review' to it's original state?

Open the Perspectives window (Show->View Perspectives). Select the Review perspective. At the bottom of the window, there is a little gear menu. Click on it, and select Revert Perspective to Default Settings.
