Cloned actions would be helpful at times, but right now if there are duplicate copies of a single action (because it appears in more than one project, for example) the user has to find the copied instance and check that one off too. While it's a bit of work at setup, the original instance of an action could be copied and pasted into the note field of the duplicate action, then it seems to me that someone could write a script which would read that note field, find the pasted action, mark it complete, then mark the duplicate complete. There could also be a script which would take the original action and paste a copy with the reference in the note to facilitate the building of the clone.
