Currently efficiency is assigned to a certain resource for the whole project, don't you think it could help adding an option to assign efficiency values on a task by task basis ?

OmniPlan does this already. It copies the current efficiency value for the resource when you assign the resource to a task, but you can then edit it per task in the Task: Assignments inspector.

it only shows 100% of 100% , I don't see a way to change it
