Need help with mail clipping and mail act on Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
Something must be wrong with my mail act on installation ?
No matter what key combo I choose for the omni clipping service , mail act on pops up to inform me there's no rule installed for that key .

my mail act-on activation key is "+"

any ideas ?

TIA

Paul

I'm seeing this too, FWIW.

Mail Act-On takes over control-key combinations in Mail. What if you set your Clipping Service to something without Ctrl in it?

yup ! that worked .. thanks much .
I guess I wasn't understanding why something other than my action key in mail act on was triggering the applicatioin .
They need to document their preferences better in mail act on .
but it is free .. so

Actually, I misspoke. I'm seeing this not with clipping, but with the OF Mail rule to process "--xyz" emails. The import into OF works, but Act-On throws up an error and the message is not deleted.
