I have OmniGraffle 4.2.3. Is there a way to make an internal link from one canvas to another? I have a box in canvas A and I want to click on it and be directed to canvas B. Is this possible? Any guidance would be great!

Yes, there are controls for jumping around the document in the Properties: Action Inspector, you'll first need to select a shape or object and then apply that action to it.
Afterwards, you can use the Browse Action tool to use that action to move around in your document.
