Filtering on Start Date and Perspectives

Hello,

I've setup a Perspective to show items with a start date but on the top bar I see a tab that says " Start date anytime" and on the Desktop is easy to hide but when it syncs to my iphone4 its always there with no apparent way to hide that, is there a way for it not to even show up on the Desktop.
