Update Perspectives menu option Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes

The Perspsectives menu has some changes. ... Added an "Update Perspectives" item that works like the "snapshot" button in the perspectives window, except operates on the perspective of the current window, rather than the selected perspective in the perspective window.
Does this mean that the "default" window (i.e. no perspective applied) will take the settings when using this option in the default window?

Looks like that option in the menu reads "Save Window Settings as New Perspective" when not already viewing a perspective.

That is the intended behavior. Also, I apologize for using the word "perspective" 12+ times in today's notes.
