Reporting on Project Status Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
I am trying to figure out the best way to come up with a list of projects that are 1) Active 2) Upcoming 3) On-Hold 4) Dropped.

Currently the only way I can figure it out is to create a text document with those categories and then a) find active projects b) select all, copy c) paste under the appropriate heading and then repeat for upcoming, on-hold, and dropped.

Ideally, I want the report to look like:

Active Projects______Start Date____End Date
============================
Project 1___________4-1-08_______5-1-08
Project 2___________ 4-10-08______5-1-08
or even

Project Status___Project Name___Start Date_____End Date
=====================================
Active_________Project 1_________4-1-08_______5-1-08
Active_________Project 2_________4-1-08_______5-1-08
On-Hold_______Project 3

Are there any ideas on how to accomplish this? I am going to file a feature request for this. If you think it is a good idea, please do likewise.

thanks,
Steve
