Hello.
How do I set up something to repeat on the 2nd Tuesday of every month? Or the last Sunday of every month? Is this possible? Thanks, Robin

At the moment, there is no built-in support for such date specifications. Use Help->Send Feedback to add your voice to the chorus of people requesting such functionality.
The workaround for now is to enter the actions by hand, without repeats, using start dates to hide the future actions until they should become available. You can use Edit->Duplicate to make this easier. Do a year or so of them, plus an action to remind you to put in another batch.
