Removing Custom Shapes From Inspector Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes
How can I remove custom shapes from the Lines & Shapes inspector?

I was playing around with OG 4.2.1 (Pro) to see how the Subtract Shapes feature works. (Very nice feature, btw!) I noticed that my newly created shapes were added to the Lines and Shapes inspector. I didn't notice right away, but each test shape was added to the Lines & Shapes inspector. That's great, and I can see how that would be very useful. However, I'd like to remove these test shapes from the inspector.

Is there a way to do this?

ecordero — I think you can just select the style as if you were going to draw something; the "Delete Style" command will then become accessible at the bottom of the menu, and you can delete it.

I'm new to this, so I may not have all the wheels and cogs figured out, but it looks like you can't delete a style for and extant object. It seems like you have to open a fresh file (it will appear in the newly created file) and delete it from there. I think. Maybe.
